From our premises we can view critical information; including data around heat sensors, motor deceleration and acceleration. We can even operate the Moffett Taxi™ system remotely from our premises, allowing us to relate to our client to quickly identify technical issues. Our support staff are in constant contact, rapidly resolving any operation issues – often before the client has identified the issue themselves.

Maintenance

We’re on-hand to provide full remote system support, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week from Monday- Friday for 3 years from the commissioning date of the system. This will include any parts required.

Within our warehouse we have 20 Moffett automated Taxis which operate on a 24-hour basis and are very energy efficient. Because of its increased efficiency plus the efficiency of our cooler system it allows us to run the entire facility by using just the solar power generated from the solar panels on the roof of the warehouse, giving us a NET 0 energy facility.
