We are seeking a highly skilled PLC Programmer with hands-on experience in SICK PLCs and industrial automation systems. The ideal candidate will design, program, test, and maintain PLC-based control systems, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and reliability in our automated processes. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement control logic using SICK PLCs and related automation software (e.g., SICK Flexi Soft, SICK Safety Designer, SICK Sensor Integration Gateway).
- Program, test, and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, and industrial communication networks (Ethernet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus, etc.).
- Integrate SICK safety systems and sensors (LiDAR, light curtains, encoders, safety controllers) into automation and motion control systems.
- Perform system commissioning, start-up, and on-site support.

You will work collaboratively with mechanical engineers, software developers, and project managers to develop high-performance storage solutions that meet industry standards and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Electrical System Design & Development
- Design, develop, and test electrical control systems for automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS).
- Create electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control panel layouts using CAD software (AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, etc.).
- Specify and select electrical components, including sensors, drives, motors, relays, and PLCs.
Control Systems & PLC Programming
- Develop and program PLC and HMI systems for automation applications (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Beckhoff, etc.).
- Implement motion control, motor drives, and servo systems for conveyor and robotic automation.
- Troubleshoot and optimize control system logic for efficiency, reliability, and safety.
