Everything We Design And Manufacture Is All In House

Our goal at Moffett Automation is to provide quality in all of our products and services. Our committed team has a wealth of experience developed in the ever-changing logistics and material handling sector. Located within our headquarters in County Monaghan, Ireland, every department thrives on effective communication and cooperative teamwork to provide the best possible outcomes. Furthermore, as all of our products and services are produced in-house, our dedication to excellence is evident in every way as it is an element that sets us apart from the competition.

The manufacturing process starts off with the designers tasked with developing the blueprints that define the Moffett System’s cutting-edge components. Whether it’s the revolutionary Moffett four directional taxi, the innovative VTUs (Vertical Transfer Units), or the efficient conveyors. Their designs serve as the blueprint for our success, guiding every aspect of our manufacturing process.

Once the designs are finalized, it is then transitioned to our fabrication team where they expertly shape our sheet metal into the desired shapes that are specified within the design blueprints. The fabricated components are then sent over to our state-of-the-art spray booths where they undergo a transformation, receiving the perfect coat of paint to align with both the Moffett and our clientele’s unique brand identities.

The fabricated components which make up our quality products such as the Moffett four directional taxi, the Moffett VTU, and the Moffett conveyors are transitioned over to our operators where they assemble the products within a static build, meaning that no production line is implemented. This allows the operators to be split within the designated areas of assembly which prioritizes each Moffett product.

Once the production process is complete, our Moffett components are rigorously tested in-house which allows the client to receive a top quality product. For example, our Moffett four directional taxi is placed within a testing system for a 24-hour period of time, where it is tested with weight and unweighted. The data is then analyzed with precision to make sure that every product that leaves the facility is finished and ready for the customer.
